enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and
any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

AREAS OF CONCERN AND COMMENTS:

1) Required signage present along path before you reach the site.
2) The access road is well maintained
3) Markers present and visible.
4) No septage discharges noticed outside of the permitted field boundaries.
5) No application issues noticed today. No spot dumps or thick applications noticed.
6) The rye had been planted and was up.
7) No objectionable odors noticed.
8) No change noticed that would affect setback distances.
9) Records not checked.
10) I collected a composite soil sample from both fields. Site has 2 fields.
