administrative penalty of up to $15,000 per day may be assessed for each violation of the Solid Waste Laws, Regulations, Conditions of a Permit,
or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to
enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and
any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

AREAS OF CONCERN AND COMMENTS:

1) “No Trespassing” sign present at the tanks.
2) Tanks are accessible for inspection.
3) I inspected three steel tanks. Tanks appear to be structurally sound. No leaks noticed today.
4) Septage appears to be transferred to and from the tanks in a safe and sanitary manner. No spills
noticed on the ground.
5) No objectionable odors or vector issues noticed today.
6) Setback not checked.
7) Tanks appear to be used on a regular basis.
8) No issues noticed today.
