or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to
enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and
any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

AREAS OF CONCERN AND COMMENTS:

1) “No Trespassing” sign present on chain link fence.
2) Tank accessible for inspection.
3) Tank is made of metal and appears to be structurally sound. No leaks noticed.
4) No septage spills noticed on the ground or on the tank.
5) No vector or objectionable odors noticed.
6) No issues noticed with any setbacks.
7) I do not believe the tank is used much if any at all.
8) No violations noticed today.
