FACILITY COMPLIANCE INSPECTION REPORT Division of Waste Management Solid Waste Section Page 2 of 2 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 1. The required sign is posted and the access road is adequate. 2. It appears that septage is being transferred to/from the detention facility in a safe and sanitary manner. No spills or leaks noted. No vectors or odors noted. 3. The approved setbacks are being met. 4. The tank appears structurally sound. 5. The required 5’ cleared radius is present at this time. 6. During this visit was informed that a tank had been moved to a different truck bed. The tank appeared securely attached/bolted. Noted that some of the lettering was slightly damaged. Unsure at this time if the correct lettering is displayed on this vehicle (did not have current application & decals were not measured). Will schedule a truck inspection in April to fully inspect this vehicle and the other vehicle permitted under the current firm permit to be used for septage pump jobs in 2017.
