No violations noticed on the previous inspection conducted on 07/15/16.
OBSERVED VIOLATIONS:

with the Statutes, Rules, and/or other regulatory requirements applicable to this facility. Be advised that pursuant to N.C.G.S. 130A-22, an
administrative penalty of up to $15,000 per day may be assessed for each violation of the Solid Waste Laws, Regulations, Conditions of a Permit,
or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to
enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and
any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

AREAS OF CONCERN AND COMMENTS:
1) Required signage present before you get to the field.
2) Access road is in good shape.
3) Markers present. The fence mainly serves as the boundary.
4) All septage discharges were within the permitted boundaries.
5) No application issues noticed today. No spot dumps or thick applications noticed.
6) The annual ryegrass or a small grain needs to be planted for the winter crop.
7) No application at time of inspection. pH of septage not checked.
8) No objectionable odors noticed today.
9) Setbacks not checked.
10) Records not checked.
11) I collected a composite soil sample from the field.
