Thank you for your email and fax of Augu.~t 25, 200 l. l have reviewed the fax that consisted
of DEN R's Jetter of July 21, 2000 to Singer approving Singer's Class 1 RCRA Permit Modification
(RPM) of April 28, 2000 as revised on May 25, 2000, June 7, 2000, and June 23, 2000. From my
review, it appears that the;: following changes to Singer's RCRA Peunit of June 30, 1988 will be
necessary once DENR approves a Class I RCRA Permit Modification to reflect release of the
preferred route easement to SWMU-3.
I. Figure 3b of Section 3.0 of the RPM now in Part B of the Permit will need to be
replaci;d with a new plat map of Tract 2 showi ng the reiease of the preferred route.
2. The Certification in Part K of the Permit will need to be replaced with a new
certification.
3. The Release Deed including a new plat map of Tract 2 will need to be added to the
Permit immediately following the Special Warranty Deed now in Appendix J of the
Permit.
4. The Table of Contents al page 2 of the Permit will neetl to be replaced with a new
table of contents.
5. Page 21 of the Permit will need to be replaced.
