FACILITY COMPLIANCE INSPECTION REPORT Division of Waste Management Solid Waste Section Page 2 of 2 AREAS OF CONCERN AND COMMENTS: 1) I reviewed the site drawings along with the operational manual. Some minor corrections made to the drawings and operational manual. 2) The 4 additional tanks have now been completely plumbed. Tanks need to be labeled since domestic treatment plant sludge will be stored and treated at this facility. The domestic treatment plant sludge will have to be stored and treated separately from the septage. Tanks 4 and 5 will be used to store domestic treatment plant sludge. 3) Tanks accessible for inspection. 4) All tanks present appear to be structurally sound. No leaks noticed. 5) No septage spills noticed around the tanks. Septage appears to be handled in a safe and sanitary manner. 6) No vector or odor issues noted today. 7) Setbacks appear to be in compliance. 8) Permit will be modified to reflect the additional 4 tanks and the handling of domestic treatment plant sludge at this facility. Permit for modification and renewal issued on 09/30/16. Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns regarding this inspection report. ____________________________ Phone: (919) 707-8283 .
