AREAS OF CONCERN AND COMMENTS:
TRUCK LICENSE PLATE # VIN # TANK CAPACITY (gal)
Boat MXBZ 3491D303 90
1) I inspected one pontoon boat with a 90 gallons plastic tank. The required lettering is present on both sides of the
boat. All lettering at least 3 inches in height.
2) Tank is made of plastic. The tank and pump setup is made for this purpose. Tank appears to be structurally sound.
No leaks noticed.
3) Tank is strapped to metal frame. Metal frame is glued to the floor of the boat. Pump boat will be used to just
service the boats docked at the marina as requested.
4) Access ports appear to be in working order. Access ports have proper fitting lids or caps.
5) Be sure to keep records of pumping jobs and disposal as talked about in the New Operators Class on July 12th.
6) Boat passes inspection. Once permit has been signed, then you can start using the boat to pump out wastewater
from the boats.
Boat lettered with the required information. 90 gallons plastic tank mounted to metal frame that is
glued to the floor of the boat.
