On February 25, 2008, DENR North Carolina Brownfields Program received a work plan for
additional soil sampling at the above referenced brownfields property. This submittal is in
accordance with the draft Notice of Brownfields Property Land Use Restriction Number 8 that
addresses “Area of Known Soil Contamination” on the plat map. The work plan is approved. If
