Good morning David,
I’ve reviewed the revisions and all are acceptable. Thank you for revising per the Section’s review comments
(August 19, 2016, DIN 26670).
As such, the Design Hydro report for Phases 3 & 4, along with the revised Water Quality Monitoring Plan
(Appendix 7 of the report) will be considered fully approved once we receive the revised Design Hydro Report
(w/ revised plan sheets and revised WQ monitoring plan). This will be included in the phase 3 & 4 permit
application package.

Please provide a stamped electronic pdf for our file. We will not need a hardcopy.
