ADDITIONAL COMMENTS;
1 – Facility has signage posted and a cable with a lock for security. Need to move cable back to sign area.
2 – Facility is using an Air Curtain Burner.
3 – Need to start burning more often as weather allows due to the volume of Yard Waste on-site is getting huge. Be sure
to remember that this notified site is not allowed to process or store more than 6,000 cubic yards of waste and
finished material per 3 month period.
4 – Watch your setbacks/buffers on the East side as to the surface water pond.
5 – Continue to pull out Solid Waste that is not Yard Waste (Tires). Found a couple today needing to be pulled out.
6 – Access road is made of all-weather material.
7 – Need to STOP putting Yard Waste at front of property by pond. Move to Yard Waste Notified or Notified
Land Clearing & Inert Debris site at rear of property.
8 – Digital pictures taken during this inspection and attached to this report.
Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns regarding this inspection report.
