PURPOSE OF SITE VISIT:
Partial Facility Compliance Inspection.

None

The item(s) listed above were observed by Section staff and require action on behalf of the facility in order to come into or maintain compliance
with the Statutes, Rules, and/or other regulatory requirements applicable to this facility. Be advised that pursuant to N.C.G.S. 130A-22, an
administrative penalty of up to $15,000 per day may be assessed for each violation of the Solid Waste Laws, Regulations, Conditions of a Permit,
or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to
enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any
such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS;

1 - Facility has signage posted and a cable with a lock for security. Need to move cable back to sign area.
2 - This site also has a Yard Waste Notified (YWN27002) site and a Temporary Disaster Debris Site (DS27-013) site on
same property.
3 - Inert Debris has metal being screened out. Any rebar is being cut off.
4 – Facility has a few painted block that either needed to go to permitted landfill or have the painted blocks tested before
grinding for road material of beneficial fill to ensure no metals in the paint.
5 – Several tires were observed mixed in with a load of Inert Debris. Please remove and take to tire disposal facility.
6 – Most of the Land Clearing material is being burned at the YWN site thru the Air Curtain Burner.
7 – Pictures were not taken on this site inspection.
