Please find attached a Permit Modification request for Cleveland County MSWLF. There are two request. One
is for the rain cover and pipe pipe for discharge of storm water from the landfill. It is the storm water
management plan.

The second one is for a subgrade change because of weathered rock. The sub grade has been raised in an area
so that the rock in that area would not have to be excavated. We do not want to propose any type of blasting at
this time. This rock could have been excavated but the pieces were getting too large and we would have had to
blast them in place to break them up into smaller pieces.
