enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any
such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. Inspected new truck, tag#HJ 2043, VIN#3C7WRMBL7GG37724, 900 gallon capacity. The tank appears
structurally sound and securely attached.
2. The lettering is correct on both sides of this vehicle.
3. Outlet covers were on and no drips or leaks were noted.
4. Per Ms. Locklear this makes three porta john vehicles operating under this firm permit for 2017. One larger
pump truck is operating under a separate firm permit.
5. Truck logs were not reviewed at this time.
