with the Statutes, Rules, and/or other regulatory requirements applicable to this facility. Be advised that pursuant to N.C.G.S. 130A-22, an
administrative penalty of up to $15,000 per day may be assessed for each violation of the Solid Waste Laws, Regulations, Conditions of a Permit,
or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to
enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any
such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. Site is not in use. Currently there is no established crop per the approved nutrient management plan. No land
application shall occur until an adequate cropstand is established. Please work with your regional
agronomist in regards to the cropstand & weed control.
2. No sign of land application. No land application outside the permitted boundaries. The approved setbacks are
being met. Field markers appear adequate. Cattle are on field 3 & 4.
3. The required signs are posted and the access road is adequate.
4. Previously discussed with Mr. Davis of possibly changing the status of this site to “officially inactive”. If you
wish for the tanks & disposal fields to be listed as officially inactive please submit a written request
stating this. Officially inactive means a site does not have to be in compliance (as no septage detention or
land application are occurring) and soil samples are not required.
