Gentlemen;
On January 13, 2017 Mecklenburg County Solid Waste Management informed the Division of
Waste Management, Solid Waste Section (Section) that Russo Dumpster Service, Inc. was no
longer operating Permit No. 6026-TRANSFER-2008 at the permitted site, 217 West 24th Street,
City of Charlotte, Mecklenburg County. The Section reminds you that the solid waste permit is
not transferable to another party, and the permit is site specific to the property located at 217
West 24th Street. The Section requests, that within 30 days, you inform me of your intentions to
either continue or cease operations with regards to Permit No. 6026-TRANSFER-2008, Russo
Dumpster Service.
