Larry,
The rock and dirt were removed from the lines by the contractor which we observed and not re-videoed.
We had them video all lines in the project including the ones without clean outs. The ones with clean outs will
be used for future videoing. The connection points where these lines tie into the trunk lines was that they
would not run their camera across the connections fearing that it might get lodged in the main line and they
would have trouble retrieving it. Regardless, the main line was videoed its entire length and each lateral was
down to the connection at the main lines.

Attached is page 890 of 933.
The Jetclean report calls out 3 issues highlighted with the leachate system.
Were the issues addressed, if not why not, if so how?
