ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. Took soil samples, one box. Received check for NCDA. Site logs were not reviewed at this time. Walked site
with Mr. Bennett & discussed site map and permitted boundaries. Asked Mr. Bennett to get additional field
markers up at the back corner and along the 500’ radius along the front of the site.
2. Discussed corrective actions that were taken to remove understory growth within the permitted boundaries.
Please continue efforts in the future to control the understory growth and to keep all driving lanes clear
of excess vegetation.
3. No sign of land application outside the permitted boundaries. It appears that the approved setbacks are being
met.
4. No sign of recent or heavy application. No odors noted.
5. The required signs are posted. The access road may need maintenance in the future.
