FACILITY COMPLIANCE INSPECTION REPORT Division of Waste Management Solid Waste Section Page 2 of 2 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 1. Took soil samples, three boxes. Received check for NCDA at a later date. Did not review site logs at this time. 2. The required signs are posted. The access roads were very wet/difficult due to recent rains. 3. The winter cover crop appears to have been planted on the disposal fields. For land application to occur this winter the cover crop must be well established. Noted weeds & vegetation other than the approved crop on the disposal fields. Please repair the Bermuda as needed in the spring and control weeds in the coming year. 4. It appears that the field markers are adequate and that the approved setbacks are being met. No sign of land application outside the permitted boundaries. 5. No sign of heavy or recent application. No odors noted. Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns regarding this inspection report. Phone: (910) 433-3352 Connie S.
