with the Statutes, Rules, and/or other regulatory requirements applicable to this facility. Be advised that pursuant to N.C.G.S. 130A-22, an administrative penalty of up to $15,000 per day may be assessed for each violation of the Solid Waste Laws, Regulations, Conditions of a Permit,
or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. All photographs were taken by Troy Harrison on November 9, 2016
2. This Septage Detention and Treatment facility (SDTF) consists of one 6,000 gallon and one 9,000 gallon steel
tanks for storage and treatment of domestic septage (including portable toilet waste) and grease trap pumpings.

3. Set-back/buffer requirements appear to have been met.
4. Appropriate signage (No Trespassing signs) is posted for the site. 5. All weather roads are maintained for access to the site.
6. The tanks appeared to be structurally sound and well maintained.
7. The area around the detention and treatment area was found to be free of spills and debris. Vegetation has been
cleared around the tanks.
8. There was a PVC pipe leading from the 9,000 gallon tank to an air compressor that is used for aeration.
9. No odors observed in the area of the detention and treatment area.
