The Division of Waste Management, Solid Waste Section (Section) has received your application
submittal titled Permit Application for Continued Operation, Revised December 2016 (DIN
27229). The revised application was submitted on your behalf by Municipal Engineering Services
Company, P.A. and was received in the Asheville Regional Office on January 4, 2017.

The submittal has been reviewed for completeness in accordance with General Statute 130A-
295.8(e). A determination of completeness means that the application includes all required
