ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. Took soil sample, one box. Received check for NCDA. Did not review logs at this time.
2. The cover crop has been planted and has to become well established for land application to occur this winter.
3. The required signs are posted and the access road is adequate.
4. The field boundary appears to follow the tree line, no markers noted. No sign of land application outside the
permitted boundaries. It appears that the approved setbacks are being met.
5. No sign of recent or heavy application. No odors noted.
6. Noted areas of weeds & vegetation other than the approved crop. Please implement measures in the spring to
improve the cropstand & control weeds.
