ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. Took soil sample, one box per Chester Cobb. Received check for NCDA. Did not review logs at this time.
2. The required signs are posted and the access road is adequate.
3. The cover crop has been planted – it must become well established for land application to occur this winter.
4. Field markers appear accurate. It appears that the approved setbacks are being met but were not measured at this
time. No sign of land application outside the permitted boundaries.
5. Noted some signs of heavy application/ matted areas. Review land application methods to ensure septage is
discharged in a wide thin spray path so that the cropstand is not damaged.
6. No sign of recent application. No odors noted. Recent rains.
