ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. New vehicle, tag# HC-6081, VIN 1FDUFSGT76ED30403, 600 gallons.
2. The tank is structurally sound & securely attached.
3. The lettering is correct on both sides of the vehicle.
4. Outlet covers were on and no drips/leaks were noted.
5. Logs were not reviewed at this time. No other vehicle was inspected.
