FACILITY COMPLIANCE INSPECTION REPORT Division of Waste Management Solid Waste Section Page 2 of 2 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 1. Took soil samples, two boxes. Received $50 check for NCDA. Did not review logs at this time. 2. The cover crop has been planted – for land application to occur this winter the cover crop must be well established on the disposal fields. 3. The field markers appear accurate, but setbacks were not measured at this time. 4. No sign of land application outside the permitted boundaries. No odors noted. 5. The required signs are posted and the access road is adequate. 6. Noted heavy application and scattered areas of thin ground cover on the disposal fields. Ensure that adequate truck speed, pressure and spreader attachment are used to ensure a wide thin spray path. Repair work may be needed in some areas this spring and please continue efforts with weed control.
