We have an Incineration Waste Service Agreement with Curtis Bay out of Maryland to handle our bypass
medical waste.

Since the Ozonator has been down for maintenance, repairs and upgrades, we have been operating as a Transfer
Station with regular medical waste pick ups. Curtis Bay subcontracted our service to Assured Waste Solutions,
LLC (Permit #36-15) in Gastonia, NC. Our billing comes through Curtis Bay but the waste picked up is either
autoclaved at the Assured facility or it is transferred to Maryland for incineration.

During our annual inspection yesterday, Inspector John Patrone suggested I relay this information to you. I will
be documenting in my annual report how much waste was processed at each location. We want to make sure we
are in compliance with all state requirements.
