ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. As discussed on site the compost facility bio filter needs to be removed for approval of closure of the DEMO.
Per Tony Gallagher, in an email dated Dec 1, 2016 at 12:32pm, the bio-filter wood chip waste may go into the
mulch pile.
2. Once notification has been received that the filter media has been removed a follow up inspection will be
conducted to ensure proper close out of the compost demonstration.
