New River Tire subsequently re-analyzed the material from the S-1 location via the synthetic precipitation leaching procedure (SPLP). Based on the SPLP analytical results, there were no constituents reported at concentrations exceeding the 2L Standards. Based on the most recent analytical data, the Section has determined that the material in the S-1 sample location is suitable for use as beneficial fill.
