Dear Mr. Pace,
On January 14, 2014 the Division of Waste Management, Solid Waste Section (Section) sent you
a letter regarding your permit application entitled;
Permit to Operate Application – On Hold, Crest Road Recycling LLC – Transfer, Recycle
Resource Recovery and Processing Facility, Henderson County, DIN 20410. Prepared by the
Division of Waste Management. January 2014.
The letter informed you that your application for a transfer facility permit in Henderson County
had been placed on hold. The application was deemed incomplete because the required financial
assurance required for the permit was never established. The letter also established a final action
date of December 15, 2016, for you to submit the required information. Given the application
remains deficient, and there have been no communications regarding a desire or plan to remedy
the deficiencies, the Section cannot make a decision on the application. As a result, your
application for a permit to construct and operate a transfer facility is hereby cancelled.
