Property Application package for the above referenced site. We are also enclosing a check in the
amount of $30,000 and the signed Fee Consent Document to participate in the Redevelopment
Now Pilot program. The previous environmental reports identified in Section III. F. of the
application are provided in the attached CD. An electronic copy of the application was submitted
via email on December 13, 2016.
