enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any
such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. Inspected new pump truck, tag#YA131128, VIN 1HTSCAAM1WH547296. The tank appears structurally
sound & securely attached.
2. The lettering is correct on both sides of this vehicle.
3. Outlet covers were on and no drips/leaks were noted.
4. This truck is the only vehicle permitted at this time to pump, haul or discharge septage for this firm.
5. Truck logs were not reviewed at this time.
6. Gave Mr. Hildreth a 2016 class schedule. Please register for one of the remaining locations.
7. Enclosed is information regarding a permit for a septage land application site.
