Since the 2450 TPY is significantly less than 5907 TPY shown on the site maps, I will need revised maps to more
accurately reflect the anticipated tonnage intake as the formula as currently written would exceed the capacity shown
for Phase 1 and 1A combined. I will also need an updated electronic version too.
Thank you,

This permit renewal is for the continued operation of Phase !A. our 5 year permit approval has expired and therefore
we need to renew. In regard to the intake, so far, the intake has been (24500C y / 5 years = 4900 CY per year which
equals 2450 Tons per year). The 5907 TPY figure shown on the plans was the estimated amount when we first
submitted the plans and probably should have been adjusted to the 2450 TPY when we resubmitted the plans. Given
the 2450 TPY figure, we would need 24500 CY over the next 5 years and we have allocated 49095 CY. So I think we are
ok provided the amount dumped per year holds with the current average. Do you want me to change the plans
accordingly?

Hi Mr. Lester‐ DIN 25850
I have some initial questions regarding the permit renewal application for the above‐referenced facility:
Is the permit renewal for continued operation of Phase 1A?
The engineered maps say as of 1‐12‐2016 24,500 cy of debris has been placed in Phase 1 and 1A.
The combined capacity of Phase 1 and 1A as shown on the engineered maps is 14,520 cy (Phase 1) + 59,075 cy (Phase
1A) = 73,595 cy combined capacity for Phase 1 and 1A.
2
As there is already 24,500 cy in place in Phase 1 and 1A, that leaves 49,095 cy remaining capacity for 1 and 1A (73,595 cy
capacity – 24,500 cy already in place). The anticipated intake as stated on the maps for the next 5 years is 59,075 cy so
there would not be enough capacity for the anticipated intake.
Thank you for your help in clarifying these questions.
