The Solid Waste Section (Section) has reviewed the request to install groundwater monitoring wells in 
accordance with the USEPA CCR Rule 40 CFR Part 257.91 at the Duke Energy Carolinas Marshall Dry Ash 
Landfill submitted on March 21, 2016 (DIN 25835).  The Section concurs with the request to install ten 
(10) monitoring wells surrounding the landfill.  The Section requests all analytical data collected from 
these wells to be submitted.
