The January 2016 Specific Site Map submitted with the permit renewal package shows the 2010 cell 
listed with 161,981 cy in place and 13,600 cy remaining and the 2015 cell with 200,000 cy capacity, 
which conflicts with the information you have provided below.  Can you please clarify the cells/capacity 
and additionally I will need a revised site map with the correct information so that I can include it in the 
permit?  Please submit a revised Specific Site Map electronically.

Can you please clarify a few items regarding the above‐referenced facility? 

My specific questions are: 

1) What is the total gross capacity of the entire landfill facility? This includes the 
combined capacity of the past, current and future cells. 

2) What was the landfill volume of the original cell which is now marked “Full” on 
the Specific Site Plan?
