This Plan includes a site plan and detail of the proposed French drain that will be installed prior to construction of the Unit II - Phase 1 - Cell 2B municipal solid waste landfill. The French drain will be installed in order to address an existing spring head that is within the limits of the proposed liner system and which was identified on the approved Permit Application.
