FACILITY COMPLIANCE INSPECTION REPORT Division of Waste Management Solid Waste Section Page 2 of 2 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 1. The winter cover crop is present on both fields, however there is a large bare patch at the front of field 2 (unsure of cause). 2. Noted various scattered areas of thick application & spot dumping on both fields – please review procedures. 3. The buffer area between field 1 & the railroad is very rutted/damaged. Repair the vegetation in this buffer area. 4. Various field markers along the tree line of field 2 are obstructed by vegetation. Please clear excess vegetation from around all markers and also ensure the 10’ buffer between the vegetation line & disposal fields is present. 5. The required signs are posted and the access road is adequate. 6. No sign of recent application. No odors noted. 7. No sign of application outside the permitted boundaries. It appears that the approved setbacks are being met. Field markers appear adequate. 8. Control weeds as needed in the coming months.
