As discussed earlier today, we expect the CO to be approved next week. With that I am attaching herewith S+G’s
certification for the above referenced project, including all information requested during our site inspection.

Also as discussed, I have included the revised Operations Manual that includes both the clean and red line version so
that you can easily identify the changes that we made.

We will deliver a hard copy of this report to you Monday morning.
