The Solid Waste Section (Section) has reviewed the Storage Pad Structural Fill Assessment Work Plan
(DIN 27063) submitted on your behalf by SynTerra on November 20, 2016. The Work Plan includes the
installation of nine (9) new groundwater monitoring wells in three (3) well clusters: GPMW-1S/-1D/-1BR,
GPMW-2S/-2D/-2BR and GPMW-3S/-3D/-3BR. The Section approves this Work Plan.
