Dear Mr. Hutchins,

The Solid Waste Section (Section) has reviewed the Work Plan, Landfill No. 6, Area E Site Investigation
(DIN 27077) submitted on your behalf by Sevee & Maher Engineers, Inc. on November 4, 2016. The
Work Plan includes the installation of five (5) new piezometers (P16-201 through P16-205). Once
installed, the new piezometers along with several existing piezometers/wells will be measured for water
levels on a monthly basis for six (6) months to determine the seasonal high water elevation in Area E.
The Section approves the Work Plan for the Site Investigation of Area E.
