Subject: Determination of Completeness – Application Incomplete
Madison County Unit 2 CDLF & Transfer Station
Madison County, Permit # 58-03, Document ID 25775
Mr. Huff,
The Division of Waste Management, Solid Waste Section (Section) has received your request for
the Five-year Permit Renewal (DIN 25537) for the above referenced facility. The document was
submitted on your behalf by McGill Associates and was received in the Asheville Regional Office
on January 15, 2016.
The submittal has been reviewed for completeness in accordance with General Statute 130A-
295.8(e). A determination of completeness means that the application includes all required
components but does not mean the required components provide all of the information that is
required for the Section to make a decision on the application. The permitting activity fee has not
been paid and all of the components required by 15A NCAC 13B.0535(b) have not been submitted
so the application is deemed incomplete.
Please remit payment for invoice number SW016-0007 sent to your attention, via email, by Ms.
Mary H. Johnson, Accounting Technician, on January 26, 2016. Additionally, please ensure all
of the application components required by 15A NCAC 13B.0535(b) have either been submitted
or are currently part of the approved plan.
If you should have any questions regarding this matter please contact me at (828) 296-4703, or
by email at allen.gaither@ncdenr.gov .
Sincerely,
Allen Gaither
