Our records indicate that the initial Brownfields Application fee in the amount of $2,000 that was invoiced to you on July 22, 2016 (attached) has not been paid. Before I begin my review of the assessments that were provided with the Brownfields Application to determine if further assessment is warranted, we will need to receive this payment. Please submit payment to the program address on the attached invoice. Once we receive payment, I can begin to look at these documents in detail and determine what our course of action is. Additionally, can you please provide me with the complete Phase I ESA, including appendices, that was completed in 2012? Also attached is the BFA Flowchart that provides a more detailed description of the process that we will be undertaking. 2 I look forward to working with you on this project and please feel free to call or email me with any questions.
