3. The site is permitted for land application of domestic septage and grease trap pumpings.
4. The site had accessible all-weather roads to the septage land application field covered under the permit but
needs repair due to recent rains.
5. Appropriate signage was displayed at the site.
6. All fields had disposal area boundaries that were well delineated with permanent markers which corresponded
to the site map.
7. All septage discharges appear to have been made within the disposal area boundary. Field No. 2 was being
used. No recent applications were observed in Fields 1 and 3.
8. No Standing liquid or pooled waste was observed. The waste appeared to be evenly distributed throughout the
field.

applied if the application method will result in ruts greater than 3 inches and if any liquid or pooled water is on
site.
