gallon tanks for the storage of treated and untreated domestic septage (including portable toilet waste) and
grease trap pumpings. The five tanks have a total of 78,700 gallon capacity. The current permit modification
was issued for the addition of a de-watering tank.

3. No objectionable odors were observed outside of the facility.

maintained to allow for inspection.
7. It appeared that facility operations were being carried out as detailed in the approved permitting requirements.
8. Vectors were not present at the time of inspection nor were objectionable odors observed.
9. Facility logs were observed and appeared to be current.
