The results do not indicate that the permit should be declined at this time. The invoice has been paid. Financial Assurance has been submitted. There are landfill gas concerns at facilities, 9701‐MSWLF‐1988 (closed Wilkes County LF) and 9702‐MSWLF‐1975 (closed Wilkes County LF), but the County has taken steps to address the issues.
