administrative penalty of up to $15,000 per day may be assessed for each violation of the Solid Waste Laws, Regulations, Conditions of a Permit,
or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to
enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any
such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS;
1 - The property is owned by Twiford IV LLC, 429 Huges Blvd, Elizabeth City, North Carolina 27909 and is recorded
in Book 1177 Page 456 of the Pasquotank Co. Register of Deeds
2 - The notification is recorded in Book 1220 Page 709 of the Pasquotank Co. Register of Deeds.
3 – Site has locking gate at the entrance.
4 – There was some non-conforming waste noted that needs to be removed from this Notified LCID and taken to a
permitted facility. See Pictures.
5 – LCID sites should be covered monthly.
6 – Boundary markers needs to be installed. Total site not yet cleared.
7 – Digital pictures taken.
