ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. It appears that septage is being transferred to/from the facility in a safe and sanitary manner. No spills or leaks
noted. No apparent vectors or odors.
2. The five tanks appear structurally sound.
3. The required signs are posted and the access road is adequate.
4. The required 5’ cleared radius is present around the tanks at this time.
5. The approved setbacks are being met at this time. No physical change in facility.
6. Please note that any additional tanks will have to meet Rule .0841(o) in regards to high capacity facilities.
The current location will not meet the double setback requirement (100 feet from property line, 200 feet
from the creek) so any additional tanks will need to have 100% containment or be in a different location.
