FACILITY COMPLIANCE INSPECTION REPORT Division of Waste Management Solid Waste Section Page 2 of 2 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 1. Took 2 soil samples (appears to be compaction issues on fields), received check for $50 for NCDA. Reviewed logs, it appears that the required information is being maintained. 2. The required signs are posted. The access road will need maintenance soon. 3. Continue efforts to maintain fescue cropstand & control weeds. Noted vegetation other than fescue/thin areas of fescue. Field 1 had been cut at this time but not field 2. 4. Noted scattered areas of somewhat heavy application. Ensure a wide thin spray path is achieved by truck speed, pressure & spreader attachment to prevent crop damage. Any heavy/matted areas of waste or paper/plastic debris should also be raked loose to prevent crop damage. 5. It appears that approved setbacks are being met. No sign of land application outside the permitted boundaries. Markers appear adequate at this time.
