McGill Environmental Systems has reviewed the analytical data from High 
Point Westside WWTP and found the results to be below the ceiling 
concentrations listed in the 503 rules listed in table 1.  McGill intends to 
accept these residuals at the McGill Merry Oaks Compost Facility for 
composting.
