Thank you for the final installment of data.
I have added one row to your table to aid in determining it the imported soil is consistent with soils
that are on the property. This data was found from soil samples collected by Pre-Regulatory Landfill
Group and offered good background metal concentration data. All the values are consistent except
the Hexavalent Chromium. As for the exceedances in Zones 5 and 8, you all have two option,
additional sampling in these areas at the Southpark Burrow Site or simply avoid excavating soil from
these zones. Based on the soil sample data from Zones 5 and 8, they are NOT accepted as imported
fill on the Brightwalk Double Oaks Site. The remaining zones are acceptable imported fill material at
the brownfields site.

Carolyn,
Here are the last of the results. Please note that there are hex chrome hits for samples 5.1, 5.2, 8.1,
and 8.2. Apparently the delay was the laboratory re-running to confirm results.
I have confirmed with the developer that soils from these two zones are not be hauled to Brightwalk
unless approved.
Thanks,
Tom

Tom:
This is an email approval for imported fill at the Double Oaks Brownfields Site from the Southpark
Burrow Site. The analytical data you have sent for the Southpark Borrow Site is acceptable for
import fill except for Sections 5 and 8 still have some outstanding laboratory analytical report for
hexavalent chromium. Hopefully, these results will come in shortly. I will send an approval letter
once the remaining analytical data is submitted, reviewed, and approved.
Attached is the revised work plan approval letter. I had the incorrect name on initial letter. Thank
you. If you have any questions or comments, please contact me.
