Be advised that pursuant to N.C.G.S. 130A-22, an administrative penalty of up to $15,000 per day may be assessed for each violation of the Solid Waste Laws, Regulations, Conditions of a Permit, or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules. Hino Motors, manufactured 03/2016. 3. The waste tank volume is 1100 gallons; wash-down is 400. 4. Pumper vehicle was properly lettered with company name, city, phone number, and permit number in letters larger than three inches on both sides of the truck. This meets rule requirements for information and font size. 5. The tanks appeared structurally sound and securely bolted to the frame. 6. Valves and access ports appeared in proper working order. Caps were present on the access ports. 7. There was no evidence of leakage from the tank, valves, or access ports.
